According to ESRBs "Mass Effect Andromeda" rating, the game features illicit relationship between the main character and the crews of the game. This relationship can also escalate to brief sexual encounter between the characters and features sexual moanings, hip gyration and sensual caresses.

For a prolonged period of time, some of the scenes on the "Mass Effect Andromeda" include exposure of breasts and / or buttocks and the dialogues that contain the words "a*shole," "f*ck" and "sh*t." As for the battle scenes that contain adult content, the rating stated "Battles are frenetic, highlighted by realistic gunfire, explosions, and screams of pain; enemies sometimes emit splashes of blood when hit."

According to TheBitBag, the "Mass Effect Andromeda" game surely isn't fit to cater to younger players. Thankfully it is rated M by the ESRB, meaning the mature content of the game makes it only legal to adults and spared the minors. The rating however became the center of attention to fans waiting for the Mass Effect Andromeda to launch.

Nevertheless, the issue of adult content in the game is a secondary concern to the conservative players. After all, it is the game that they are trying to buy and play and not for something else. The "Mass Effect Andromeda" is scheduled for release on March 21 across the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms. Furthermore, it is the last on the Mass Effect series after Bioware revealed at the recent PAX East 2017 the reason they did not create "Mass Effect 4."
