Brace yourselves commuters to meet the "Pop Up", a passenger capsule transformed into the transportation of the future. That's right because the transformer concept lays the foundation into making a car fly like a drone or be like a train integrated into the transit system in megacities. Just a week ago, Airbus and Italdesign showcased the transforming car concept during the Geneva International Motor Show.

The multi-vehicle will take humans to do than just drive on the road but soar to the skies or be in the hyperloop. In a recent report by Livescience, the "Pop Up" can convert itself to any mode of a vehicle. It will just attach to wheels to become a car, connect to propellers to fly or simply connect to a train-like transit system.

Considered to be the multi-vehicle of the future, the transformer car is a product of the concept put forward by the aerospace company, Airbus. Then it is designed and engineered by Italdesign in an effort to improve urban transport by marrying aerospace and automotive technologies.

According to Smartdrone, the "Pop Up" transforming car is a vehicle that is designed for megacities. Along with this concept however, is the need for the putting up of an ecosystem of intelligent infrastructure components, power system, including apps with urban planning and social preparations. It is not only about transportation that is connected and shared but about a transport system that is multi modal and 3-dimensional.
