Attack On Titan: Trailer (NIHONOMARU)
Reports have surfaced that the upcoming update for "Attack on Titan" is filled with uncertainty. There are claims arising that the segment would be delayed and that gamers are rejecting the May 11, 2017 release date in Japan.
Although the clamors remain unverified, gaming enthusiasts are still hoping for the best. Gematsu reports that Koei Tecmo has delayed "Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death", its Ruby Party-developed adventure game, from its previously planned March 30 release date in Japan to May 11.

The publisher decided to delay the game to further improve its quality. "Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death" is derived from an original story with an original protagonist and is set in an old castle. The player is a member of the Survey Corps investigating the dangerous world "outside the wall," and must attempt to escape the old castle alongside familiar series characters, reports the same post.
On a different note, while the gaming segment is dealing with setbacks, the anime series is treading well. Comic Book relayed that something big is coming, and it might just make the Colossal Titan pale in comparison and thanks to Funimation, fans of the ultra-violent shonen anime will get to watch its upcoming comeback sooner than they thought.
In a newly uploaded Youtube video, Funimation confirmed that "Attack on Titan" is added to the line-up for Spring 2017. The storyline would also center on Eren Jaeger as he swore to wipe out every last Titan, and with his new powers, he fights for humanity's freedom facing the monsters that threaten his home, according to the same post.
As for the claims that the gamers are rejecting the new release date, that remains to be seen since Koei Tecmo has not given out any formal press release as of this time.
