The upcoming "Dark Souls 3" DLC pack is exciting fans. According to the latest update, starting March 24, From Software is going to release a patch that is believed to be necessary to make sure the upcoming The Ringed City is perfect for the console. It may be a bit too much to get the game offline, but everything else is being done for a better gaming experience.

According to VG247, the "Dark Souls 3" Update 1.1 will work on host changes as well as some much needed frame rate upgrade on the PS4 Pro platform. The heavy armor is expected to get a buff and a nerf of the poison damage. An average of two-hour maintenance is expected across the platforms, with Xbox One getting the longest update wherein, a 6-hour period is needed to complete the update.
Meanwhile, players may want to check on the following platform downtime while the developer is updating "Dark Souls 3." For PC players, schedules begin at 05:00pm-07:00pm: JST, 09:00am-11:00am: CET and 01:00am-03:00am PDT. For Xbox One players, schedule begins at 10:00am-4:00pm: JST, 02:00am-08:00am: CET and 06:00pm-12:00am PDT. Lastly, the PS4 schedule will begin at 10:00am-12:00pm: JST, 02:00am-04:00am: CET and 06:00pm-08:00pm: PDT.
According to the Express UK, the "Dark Souls 3" Ringed City DLC will include the Dragon Ruins and Grand Roof maps. Interestingly, players are able to continue playing, teaming up with their friends even outside the private matches. You can also check the full patch notes on Express' website.
