"Titanfall 2" Colony Reborn arrives free with big new features next week. (YouTube)
Colony Reborn is set to arrive as a free content update to "Titanfall 2" next week, adding a slew of new items such as a remastered map, weapons, and more. Electronic Arts has also released a new trailer for the latest DLC to show off the latest Titans that are coming to the game.

Seasoned gamers of the franchise will be reintroduced to the classic Colony map remastered for "Titanfall 2" Colony Reborn DLC. The unique version of R-101 as a new weapon is fitted with ACOG scope including the new execution, Curb check.
The upcoming update also brings in a host of paid cosmetic items that players can purchase to dress up pilots, weapons, Titans, and banners including some patches. The prime Titans coming are Northstar and Legion while there are five new designs and one Warpaint per Titan that will be available for the Titan Nose Art plus a Camo pack.
Other than that, Respawn Entertainment has also announced that "Titanfall 2" will receive a new patch that is packed with a plethora of bug fixes, balancing changes and overall improvements. It said that it would roll out the full changelog when the update is near its slated release date.
Another Free Trial Weekend will be held in time for the release of Colony Reborn and take place beginning March 30 and end on April 3. This event will grant players full access to multiplayer missions including the Training Gauntlet and the single-player mission called The Beacon.
Despite the fact that the Free Trial Weekend will be over, aspects of the single-player will stay free to play. Also, as icing on the cake, a Double XP weekend will also run across all modes on March 30 up to April 3.
