The Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to debut as early as next month and the OnePlus 5 is speculated to launch by the end of second quarter. Here is a comparison between the two upcoming smartphones based on the leaked features:
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to feature glass panels on front and back sides and feature an almost bezel-less screen of 5.15 inches. It's bigger edition is expected to arrive with 5.7 inches display. Both variants are expected to support full HD resolution. The highest configuration model is expected to feature ceramic rear. The OnePlus 5 is rumored to come with a ceramic rear panel. It is expected to feature a dual-edge curved 5.5-inch full HD screen.

Both smartphones are fueled by the Snapdragon 835 SoC. The Xiaomi Mi 6 is expected to come in 4 GB and 6 GB RAM options whereas the Mi 6 Plus is speculated to arrive in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. OnePlus 5 is expected to feature a single RAM variant of 6 GB.
The Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus are expected to be available in storage options ranging from 32 GB to 256 GB. However, the OnePlus 5 is rumored to come in two storage options of 64 GB and 128 GB. Both smartphones are expected to come with Android 7.0 flavored proprietary skins.
The Mi 6 may come with a 19-megapixel rear snapper and the Mi 6 Plus is expected to house a 12-megapixel dual rear camera. Both phones may come with 8-megapxiel UltraPixel selfie cameras, Gizmo China reported. The OnePlus 5 is pegged to come with a 23-megapixdel rear camera and a frontal snapper of 12-megapixel. Both phones are unlikely to feature a microSD card, GizChina reported.
The Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus are expected to respectively feature 3,200 mAh and 4,500 mAh batteries. The OnePlus 5 is rumored to come with 4,000 mAh battery. The highest variant of Mi 6 with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is pegged to cost around $400. The Mi 6 Plus with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is rumored to be priced around $500. The highest storage model of OnePlus 5 is speculated to cost around $400.
