Furious players have taken to social media to voice their frustrations over various bugs caused by the latest Pokemon Go update.

Pokemon Go made a buzz again last week with the arrival of the Water Festival event and Shiny Pokemon going live. The latest update turned out to be a mess with players experiencing various bugs that result in crashes and frozen blank screen even if you are not going beyond the game's speed limit. There are also complaints about delayed action such as a longer than usual loading after tapping a Pokemon and Pokemon spawning load slowly on the map, inability to connect at all to Pokemon Go Plus, a busted low battery notification, and much more.

Pokemon Go Hub has a comprehensive list of all the bugs that players have encountered so far. They were collected from various social media posts.

According to BGR, there are temporary fixes for these bugs including opening and closing the Journal to reload the Nearby tab or replacing the battery in your Go Plus to solve connectivity issues.

Pokemon Go Hub also recommends going back to the previous version. After all, players can still catch Shiny Magikarp / Gyarados, and the only thing you'll miss are the new UI changes.

The new UI changes that were rolled out along with Pokemon Go latest update include a new Pokedex badge that shows up as soon as players encounter a Shiny Pokemon, redeemable codes, new throw mechanic, a function that enables player nicknames to be blacked out, as well as festivals and events split in the code base.

Pokemon Go Hub said that not all the reported issues could be fixed, but most of them are avoidable. For example, to avoid the sightings tab or radar going black as if you are over speeding, use cellular data than WiFi.

The latest Pokemon Go update rolled out the new version, 0.59.1 for Android and 1.29.1 for iOS, on March 21.
