Guerilla Games has admitted that the process of designing the Machines in "Horizon Zero Dawn" was tedious. (YouTube)
The new "Horizon Zero Dawn" Patch 1.12 is now live hoping to fix the game's crashes and other technical issues. In addition to fixing several issues, the update also brings additional features such as 3D Audio support for 3D headsets.
It is wonderful news to players who shelled out dollars for this one. Progression fixes include an issue where some players encounter in "The Point of the Spear", that if Aloy died before talking to Rost, players were given an extra Spear and Carja Bow.

An issue in "The Point of the Spear" is also fixed where Sawtooth does not appear anymore. This happened when players installed Patch 1.10 during the 'Kill the Sawtooth' objective.
The problem in "The Mountain That Fell" is also addressed, where there are players who were able to leave the boundaries of the world and an issue in "Robbing the Rich" is also fixed, where some players cannot complete the quest when they talk to Ravan.
The issue in the weapon tutorial for the War Bow is also patched. When players use the Lodge War Bow, it does not tally towards any of the War Bow tutorials.
The latest update 1.12 also tweaked the issue found after players complete "Revenge of the Nora". Varl does not have a correct dialogue, the issue where certain players would spawn in the mountains when they fast-travel to the center of Sunfall.
Other major adjustments brought by Patch 1.12 to the "Horizon Zero Dawn" includes improved pathfinding to the quest markers and to the custom waypoints when players are on a mount. The improved performance in some areas in the game and lightmap also hope to bring improvement to the game.
As the patch arrives to the PS4, fans are still waiting to hear more about the DLC plans from the developer, which is already confirmed by the studio. "Horizon Zero Dawn" is exclusive for PS4 but a huge hit that it ranked number 1 on UK charts upon release.
