Samsung's much-awaited Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices were released at a special Unpacked event earlier this week. Samsung's latest releases join other high-profile handsets that were released earlier this year such as the LG G6 and Sony Xperia XZ Premium. On the other hand, the iPhone 7 Plus is undoubtedly Apple's best device to date. Which of these four biggest devices is the best?

Samsung Galaxy S8 And S8+
The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 5.8-inch QHD Super AMOLED display while the Galaxy S8 Plus sports a 6.2-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display. Both smartphones feature a 12-megapixel 'Dual Pixel' rear camera with optical image stabilization and 8-megapixel front camera with autofocus. The Galaxy S8 is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 chipset in the US, while the international variant will have the Exynos 8895 chipset, both are packed with 4GB of RAM and with 64GB inbuilt storage and also supports expandable storage via microSD card up to 256GB.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus
Apple's iPhone 7 Plus sports a 5.5-inch screen with 1080x1920 pixel resolution. It is powered by quad-core Apple A10 Fusion processor, equipped with 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of internal storage that cannot be expanded. The iPhone 7 Plus added two 12-megapixel cameras, one wide-angle and one telephoto which delivers a 2x optical zoom. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus runs on the iOS 10 and has a 2900mAh non-removable battery.
The LG G6
The LG G6 comes with IP68-rating for dust and water resistance. The first phone was launched with the new UX 6.0. The LG G6 features a 5.7-inch QHD+ FullVision display. The new flagship is said to be the first smartphone which supports Dolby Vision and HDR10 tech. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC with a 4GB RAM, its cameras come with a dual rear camera setup. The setup has two 13-megapixel sensors for the rear and 5-megapixel wide-angle lens for the front. The LG G6 has a battery capacity of 3300mAh.
Sony XZ Premium
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium is Sony's new flagship packed with high-end innovation in the screen. All of this will come at a price. The Sony XZ Premium is powered by a Snapdragon 835 chipset. It comes with a size of a 5.5-inch, 4K display, and HDR. It will run on the latest Android 7.1.1 and boasts of being water resistant. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium sports a 19-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel for the front comes with a 3230mAh non-removable battery.
