Sony Interactive Entertainment will showcase "Days Gone" at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2017 in June. Its possible appearance at the annually celebrated event will likely precede the game's leaked release date on August 22.
If the recent confirmed E3 Games list is deemed to be true, "Days Gone" will be among the video game line-up from Sony Interactive Entertainment for this year. Other highly anticipated video games named in the leak courtesy of Up2Play Magazine include "Bloodborne 2", "Spider-man", "Last of Us 2", Hideo Kojima's "Death Stranding" and a few more.

The report also revealed other projects from Ubisoft, Square Enix, Activision, Electronic Arts and several other developers and publishers bound for E3 this year. Below is the image that is one of photos shared recently at the Spanish Website.
Following this leak, news also broke on the internet that a game retailer has leaked the release date of "Days Gone" before its possible announcement at E3 2017. But it is noted that is pretty common and accidental circumstance in the video games industry.
According to the game's listing found at Australian retailer GamesOnly, the upcoming PS4 exclusive survival horror video game will be launched on August 22. Notably, August 22 falls on a Tuesday, when most of the games are released in the US and several other countries. Hence, the leak, whether accidental or not, could be claimed as legit.
So far, developer SIE Bend Studio has not made a comment on this latest leak of the release date of "Days Gone". Fans must still wait for the official details about this open world post-apocalyptic game, which could be happening in about two months from today.
"Days Gone" was first revealed at E3 2016 where Sony Interactive Entertainment unveiled the gameplay trailer and other information that fans initially know about the game. Stay tuned.
