The Sony Xperia L1 is expected to arrive in the UK as well as other European countries in June. It is the latest 5.5-inch budget Android smartphone running the pre-installed Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
The Sony Xperia L1 is currently listed at the website of the UK retailer Clove with the first upcoming stocks likely in early June. There is no exact launch date and pricing details indicated.

However, the Japanese multinational company Sony Mobile had announced earlier that the Sony Xperia L1 is in black, pale pink, and white color options. It will be available this April in select markets such as Middle East, Asia, Latin America, North America, and Africa.
The Sony Xperia L1 has unveiled a couple of weeks ago with a high-definition IPS screen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. A quad-core MediaTek MT6737T chipset provides power with a clocking speed of 1.45 GHz and the Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processing unit.
The Sony Xperia L1 comes with on-screen buttons with flat, non-curved edges. It is loaded with a non-removable 2620 mAh battery but no fingerprint scanner and other sensors. It supports Sony's STAMINA mode for more battery saving to offer a talk time up to 9 hours.
The Sony Xperia L1 consists of a 2GB of RAM in a 16GB of expandable built-in storage up to 256GB with the use of the micro SD card slot. It comes with connectivity features including Dual SIM (GSM), 3G, 4G LTE, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth v4.2 with aptX, GLONASS, a micro USB Type-C port, headphones, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.
The Sony Xperia L1 also features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash accompanied with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for better selfies and video chats. It measures 151 x 74 x 8.7 mm in dimension with the weight of 180 grams.
