This piece of interesting reference first came out from a stall representative back at PAX East but it remained unconfirmed. However, it is now official as the latest gameplay footage for "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" is running in 4K resolution.
The said 4K was uploaded on the YouTube channel of Inside PlayStation, a German video magazine, on April 8. Fans can check out the said video below.
Based on the video's description, this 4K gameplay footage for "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" was taken at the PlayStation Experience in December last year. The game was running on Sony's latest gaming entertainment system, the PS4 Pro.
There were also previous mentions about the game having incredible 4K and 60fps specs on PS4 and PC. It is noted, however, that Activision has yet to confirm the release of the remastered collection to other platforms outside its current exclusive gaming platform.
So far, it is anticipated to be a full HD remaster but neither Vicarious Visions nor Activision has revealed about additional details on the game's specifications as of yet. Players can probably hear more on the game's capabilities at E3 2017 before it officially hits the store shelves on June 30.
While there were also rumors circulation online for a possible Xbox One release, it is now confirmed that the collection will only be available as a PS4 exclusive title. All three games will sell for a modest $43.75 (£34.99).
Activision also said earlier that "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" will feature improved lighting and animations with remade cinematics, including PS4 Pro support. Stay tuned for more news and updates.
