With one of the larger fighting game franchise today, Bandai Namco has done a very good job at providing "Dragon Ball Z" fans with cool and worthwhile video games. Now, fans have created its own fighting game featuring the characters from "Dragon Ball Z" which is called "Hyper Dragon Ball Z."

The team responsible for the game is Team Z2, a group of fans who are apparently experts at game design, which describes "Hyper Dragon Ball Z" as a from-fans-to-fans fighting game. While the "Street Fighter 2-" inspired visuals definitely helps bring the team's vision into emphasis, the continued support that's planned for the game are assuredly respected by the fan base that surrounds it.
The classic "Dragon Ball Z" heroes and villains concentrated within a 16-bit format is a good change of pace from the new and cel shaded iterations from Bandai Namco. The game features a number of playable characters as well, and it looks likely that the number of fighters will only grow as the game progresses, thanks to Team Z2.
Since the likes of new characters like the addition of Goku Black in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2", it is possible if not highly possible that characters from the continuing Super series could also be in the game. Although that's a bit far from actually and officially happening but let's not disregard the option.
Having Bandai Namco to support the game "Hyper Dragon Ball Z" still remains to be seen, particularly in a time where other companies are vastly fast to ensure that they are taken down. A good example would be, Nintendo removing a fan-made remake of "Metroid 2". However, we'll just have to wait and see what will happen next and hopefully, the game stays because it is one impressive game. Fans can check out the video below featuring the Champ Build of "Hyper Dragon Ball Z."
