Nintendo has revealed a handful of new titles coming to the Nintendo Switch during a Nintendo Direct event. (YouTube)
Aside from announcing release dates for "Splatoon 2" and "Arms," Nintendo ALSO revealed a handful of new titles coming to the Nintendo Switch during a recent Nintendo Direct event.
The release dates of the new Nintendo Switch games are as follows:

"Arms" and "Splatoon 2" are set to be launched on June 16 and July 21 respectively.
"Mario Kart 8 Deluxe" will come to the Nintendo Switch by April 28 with more characters, carts, and tracks unlocked from the beginning than any other Mario Kart game.
"Ultra Street Fighter II" is coming on May 26 with two new fighters Evil Ryu and Violent Ken. An HD graphics mode and an original pixelated graphics setting will also be included.
"Minecraft" will be made available on Nintendo Switch by May 11 and more Neo games are on the way such as "Samurai Shodown."
"Sonic Forces" can be expected during the holiday season while "Sonic Mania" is arriving this summer.
"Project Mekkura" is also coming this summer via the Nintendo e-shop.
A demonstration for "Puyo Puyo Tetris" is now available on the Nintendo e-shop.
Other games:
- "Monopoly" by Fall 2017.
- "Sine Mora Ex," "Battle Chasers Nightwar," "Payday 2," and "Namco Museum" by Summer 2017
Nintendo also announced the coming of New Zelda-themed Amiibo. According to Wired, Amiibo versions of Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta are on their way to the Nintendo Switch on July 21. Zelda fans, however, can get their range of characters from June 23.
Included in the Zelda-themed Amiibo are Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword.
Wired said that Amiibo could unlock Zelda-themed costumes in Breath of the Wild. But this has not been confirmed by Nintendo.
