Xiaomi will officially release their flagship smartphone, The Xiaomi Mi 6, on April 19. Reports are suggesting that the company will be having an event in Beijing for the announcement of the new handset.
Leaks for the Xiaomi Mi 6 have surfaced from all corners of the web for quite some time now before the official announcement. Finally, the report puts down about the premiere smartphone.

The smartphone will come in two variants; the regular Mi 6 that has a 5.15-inch full HD display and the large Mi 6 Plus that has a bigger display with 5.7-inch full HD screen. The two units will surely be impressed with its metal and glass incorporated body. The two variants of the premium smartphone, the Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus will also come with a fingerprint sensor located at the front of the handsets.
According to reports, the capacitive buttons will integrate with the fingerprint sensor. The Xiaomi Mi 6 is said to have a bigger home button for the new feature to be accommodated.
The two variants of the Xiaomi Mi 6 will highly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC during the launch. However, there were no official statements released yet by Xiaomi on the specifications.
To those who are looking for the smartphone's specifications and features, best wait for the official unveiling on April 19. The two variants of Xiaomi will be its latest line of products this year, so far.
Tech enthusiasts have speculated that the smartphone will hit India's tech market after its launch. As a result from a survey, Xiaomi is getting all the attention in India which makes the brand more preferred than Apple and Samsung.
Markets from different countries would expect the smartphone to come after a few months after the launch because of some restrictions. Overall, Xiaomi's latest flagship smartphones will surely bring in a competition against other popular companies.
