"The Sims 4" has finally released a new game patch. In the new season, the game challenge allows players to turn their Sim character into a PlantSim for a limited time. The PlantSim patch will sprout until May 4, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. PST.
"The Sims 4" update has been released, and it is available in Origin. All players of the new season that have automatic updates enabled in the "Application Settings" will get the update automatically once Origin is opened. However, if it is disabled, players need to manually update the game by clicking their library.

According to The Sims VIP, players should ensure that their game is up to date. To check if the game version is the latest one, go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > GameVersion.txt. A dialogue will shows: PC Version 1.29.69.1020 / Mac Version 1.29.69.1220. If the game has been updated, but it’s not showing the correct version, the player should delete the GameVersion.txt file, restart the game then and all will be corrected.
Completing the PlantSim Challenge In The Sims 4
After successfully updating the game, "The Sims 4" players will be greeted with a pop-up that details the current challenge in a limited time, which is the PlantSim. To get started, the players should simply "Call Jasmine Holiday" via cell phone and anticipate her arrival in the place of the Sim. Aside from that, players can also head over to the local Community Garden. Once Jasmine comes knocking on the door, ask her about the PlantSim challenge or ask for the Magic PlantSim stump to know the details.
In "The Sims 4" update, a character that will turn into PlantSim allows players not to worry about the bladder anymore. However, their Sim still needs water and sunlight to survive. The characters that will be a PlantSim will also become more skilled at gardening and will get a bonus. New seeds and rare items also await to each player that will turn into a PlantSim.
