Based a recent poll conducted by Famitsu, it appears that the game aficionados wish to see a "Final Fantasy XV" collaboration with "Kingdom Hearts 3." Both games are under the helm of game director Tetsuya Nomura. Therefore, such a scenario sounds plausible, KH Insider reported.
One of the 15 questions posted in the survey asked fans which "Final Fantasy" character they would want to make a cameo in the series. They had to choose from five characters: Noctis (Final Fantasy XV), Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII), Zidane (Final Fantasy IX), Chocobo (Final Fantasy XIV), and Bartz (Final Fantasy V)
Notably, out of the 500 plus votes, Noctis came out as the favorite character guest to join Sora and friends. This is not a surprise since "Final Fantasy XV" sold six million copies worldwide, a few months after its release in November.
The challenge now is how Noctis will fit into the world of Sora. Fans of Noctis know how he fights his personal struggles as a royal prince, so, one can imagine how Sora will be a help to the prince in facing what he's destined to become.
Meanwhile, Square Enix has teased about the possibility of its upcoming games being launched on the Nintendo Switch. During an interview with Nikkei Square Enix CEO Yosuke Matsuda talked about what a great opportunity it is for video game companies like Square Enix to have additional console options for their big game releases in the future.
Matsuda's statement hinted the gaming community about the possible release of "Kingdom Hearts 3" on the Nintendo Switch. However, some have expressed doubts because of the Switch's hardware limitation in comparison to the PS4 and Xbox One. The game is yet to get a definite release date.
