Nokia has been on a rollercoaster ride ever since the release of its latest devices on the market. The company has been looking for ways to redeem its name in the tech industry. Now, the Nokia 6 is getting the Android 7.1.1 update.
According to Android Police, the Android 7.1.1 would reportedly include many highly anticipated features such as security patches, device-specific fixes, a new Nokia USB driver, and power saving improvements. It would also include an update for pre-installed applications on the smartphone.

Finnish phone maker Nokia has licensed its name to phone-maker HMD. Therefore, the phones being released under the company's brand name today are not its creations. The Nokia 6 has received praises and great reviews from experts and customers all around the globe.
Meanwhile, GSM Arena has reported that the HMD-made Nokia 6 is sold out in the Chinese market. However, there are talks that the silver version of the phone would be made available again. The Nokia 6 is expected to be one of the top smartphones of 2017. The device is set to hit the market in the US and Europe soon.
