Supercell is working on a major update for "Clash of Clans." However, it is unlikely that the update would be released this month.
Supercell recently confirmed that it is working on an update for the game. At the moment, it is unclear when the update would be released.
According to MobiPicker, Supercell has revealed on Facebook that "Clash of Clans" is set to get a major update. There are speculations that the update would bring new characters packed with a new set of powers and skills or an additional ability for specific heroes. There are also talks that new weapons, armors, and items would be part of the update.

"We're just as excited to share more with you but we're not quite ready yet. One thing we can say is that this update will be different from any other update. It will be much bigger and we can't wait to share it with you!" Supercell's post on Facebook stated.
Meanwhile, there are talks that new sea-related characters will be introduced in the game. These include sea monsters, mermaids, and even seahorses. Supercell has not confirmed or denied any of these rumors.
