There are talks that "Far Cry 5" may never come to fruition following reports that "Far Cry 4" and "Assassin's Creed III" Director Alex Hutchinson has left Ubisoft.
Following criticisms of "Far Cry 4," there had been speculations that Ubisoft was considering canceling the game. The game also experienced low sales, leading many to believe that it is time to bid it farewell. Many players lost interest in the game after complaining about its lack of originality and the several glitches they encountered.

To make "Far Cry 5" a success, the developer is expected to pack the game with features. The game could feature dinosaurs and other prehistoric items. There is also a possibility that new villains would be added to give the game a breath of fresh air.
Gamers have made many requests for the upcoming "Far Cry 5" including the addition of new foes.
"Assassin's Creed Empire" could hit the market this year. However, it is unclear if this would be the same for Ubisoft's "Far Cry 5."
