In the first half of each year, Samsung updates its Galaxy S series. The Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus are the company's flagship smartphones for the first half of this year, Then, in the second half of 2017, Samsung is expected to update its Note line with the all-new Galaxy Note 8.
Graphic designer Muhsin M. Belaal Auckburaully collaborated with YouTube channel DBS Designing to imagine Samsung's Galaxy Note 8 using design cues from the Galaxy S8 alongside rumors circulating on the internet.
A Samsung spokesperson said the company cannot comment on "the future product plan." However, Samsung Mobile President DJ Koh confirmed earlier in the year that "a better, safer, and very innovative Note 8" will be launched at some point. The Galaxy Note 8 will allegedly be more appealing than the Galaxy S8. The bezel of the upcoming Samsung device is slimmer than the Galaxy S8 series and has the Samsung logo at the bottom of the device.
As for specs, Auckburaully stays well within the realm of reality by sticking with the speculations floating around on the internet. The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature a huge 6.4-inch QHD+ display and a screen-to-body ratio that's even better than the 83 percent ratio on the Galaxy S8 series. Other possible specs including a massive 6GB of RAM with 64GB or 128GB of storage, microSDXC support, a new dual-lens rear camera setup, an iris scanner, and a whopping 4,000 mAh battery life.
