Sony's PlayStation 4 has been a big hit since its release. But the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, was the best year with regards to the PS4 sales.

According to Uber Gizmo, Sony shipped a record-breaking 20 million units of the PlayStation 4 in the fiscal year ending March 31. Thanks to this, the total number of units sold since it was launched in 2013 has hit the 60 million mark.

Meanwhile, Know Your Mobile reported on some of the relevant accessories for the PlayStation 4. This includes the PlayStation Camera, Sony PlayStation Move Motion Controller, PowerA DualShock 4 Charging Dock, Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel, and the PlayStation VR.
Sony has reportedly earned a staggering profit of $1.21 billion from the PS4 after raking in at least $14.7 billion in revenue. The fiscal year saw a drastic increase of 52.9 percent in the company's profit. Many experts expect Sony's revenue to continue to increase in the coming years as the company looks for ways to further enhance the product.
