If you're expecting another surge of game titles for the Nintendo Switch console, you may have to forget about that as the company said during an interview that they plan on releasing a title one after the other. That means there will be no one time release of games, but fortunately, they also intend to do this on a continuous basis.

During the financial result briefing for the fiscal year that ended in March 2017, a set of Q&A for Nintendo Ltd. Co., Ltd. revealed its plans on the structure of releasing games for the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima said "Our vision for Nintendo Switch is to release one title after another with no gaps following the March launch, reach a large number of consumers during the holiday season, and continue to expand the business."
Interestingly, at the time of the interview, Kimishima also announced the release of "Mario Kart 8 DeLuxe." Reminding everyone that the game is specially designed for the whole family to play, the company took pains in developing the game to its full potential.
In other news, Kimishima also revealed that the sale of the Nintendo Switch has surpassed the 2 million units expected figure. The company anticipated the surge of fans who want the Nintendo Switch and has since shipped a total of 2.74 million units. In a bold statement from the Nintendo's president he said, the company targets the 10 million mark for the current fiscal year, capitalizing on the huge, positive feedback from consumers.
Meanwhile, the Forbes reported that a new teaser has appeared featuring a Japanese Pokemon merchandise, possibly the "Pokemon Sars" coming to the Nintendo Switch console. While the title has not yet been confirmed, it's also possible that it is for the Nintendo 3DS too.
