There will be iOS 10.x jailbreak tools to choose from in the next few days if rumors will prove correct that China-based Team Pangu and Italian iOS security researcher Luca Todesco will be releasing fresh unlocking solutions for 64-bit iPhones and iPads. Yalu102 will move up to beta 8 and Pangu's iOS 10.3.1 jailbreak is touching down real soon, reports said.

The latter, according to Redmond Pie, will arrive shortly after the expected rollout of iOS version 10.3.2. The firmware is about to become official following weeks of successive beta releases. The earliest estimated release is Monday next week, meaning if Pangu will deliver on its promised jailbreak a crack on 10.3.1 will be made available in the coming days.

Although a bit late, as earlier rumors pointed to first week of May jailbreak launch, the Pangu solution is hotly anticipated following the demo last week in China that showcased a jailbroken iPhone 7. When made public, the Pangu iOS 10.3-10.3.1 is seen as a huge improvement from the Yalu jailbreak that Todesco has put together.

Jailbreak fans are hoping that the jailbreak made in China will support all 64-bit iOS devices and will resolve most of the problems that plague the Yalu jailbreak and the previous jailbreaks before it.

And talking about the Todesco solution, a separate report by Redmond Pie indicated that the Italian hacker still has plans to finalize, at least Yalu102. Pointing to Todesco's recent Twitter exchanges with a follower, the report said Yalu102 now on beta 7 will soon jump to beta 7 and one likely addition is an icon with 3D Touch features.

Todesco likewise made clear that he did not abandon the Yalu jailbreak and the plan remains to finalize the solution. The jailbreak creator even dropped clue of an upcoming Dark Mode, which supposedly will happen when the finalized Yalu102 becomes ready for public use.

But as always, Todesco refused to delve on details when it comes to next Yalu102 jailbreak release. For now, suffice it to say that the JB tool is still a work in progress and there is a chance it will be completed in the days to come.

As for the Pangu iOS 10.3 jailbreak, it seems obvious the release date will be slightly delayed and it will be a waiting game starting next Monday when the official 10.3.2 firmware goes live. It remains to be seen if Team Pangu will live up to expectations as the group used to be.
