Nokia has taken the mobile world by surprise this year. However, HMD Global is not finished yet as it has a mysterious flagship smartphone on the way.

With the success of Nokia mid-range devices, many are anticipating the arrival of their high-end flagship device(s). There are rumors that the Nokia 9 and Nokia 8 are being developed by the company to meet this demand.

The name associated with the mysterious Nokia flagship device is yet to be confirmed. However, experts are convinced that the high-end Nokia smartphone would be equipped with the latest Snapdragon 835 chips, according to Gadgets 360.

This is somehow logical given that other high-end devices are using the same processor. The recently released Samsung Galaxy S8 now sports the Snapdragon 835.

The upcoming Nokia device would reportedly be equipped with the latest Snapdragon device coupled with 4GB of RAM and a metal jacket. Meanwhile, there are also reports that there would be a version of the device with 6GB of RAM.

As for its camera, My Drivers indicated that there would be a significant change to Nokia's high-end device. In previous Nokia Lumia series, high-end specs include a Carl Zeiss sensor, but the upcoming device will not have that. 

There were reports that the upcoming flagship device will sport a whopping 23MP camera. Although its graphic resolution will likely stay the same, the lack of Carl Zeiss sensor will ultimately have a huge impact on its marketability.

However, all these things remain in the realm of speculation as HMD Global is yet to confirm the official details of their much awaited high-end Nokia smartphone. Reports suggest that the mysterious Nokia device could be launched in June 2017.
