In the most recent clips, the game characters were seen discussing their interests for a sea voyage. In a particular separate clip, a Hog Rider was depicted sailing across the open sea looking start anew. Therefore, giving players hope that ships would indeed be incorporated into the game.
Interestingly, The Christian Post detailed that "there be a boat that needs repairing." This line was obtained from Supercell's official forum, specifically concerning updates.
If you were to combine all of the recent events, it would most likely be that shipyard activation is on its way. It could just be a matter of time before Supercell introduces a character or setting that would allow restorations of shipwrecks that are scattered along the shore.
However, these leaks and reports are yet to be confirmed by Supercell. Nevertheless, the game developer has assured gamers that the upcoming patch would be "unique from any update, and it's huge."
Meanwhile, gamers are also waiting for other updates that they believe would make the game more interesting. Updates like the Night Mode, Loot Donation, and the introduction of new characters are yet to be discussed by the game developers.
Thus, suggesting that the game-changing update to be released will likely center on ships. As a bonus, it is also being speculated that a new village will be added to cater the incorporation of ships in "Clash of Clans."
