It can be noted that the last iPhone upgrade program was successful, and this made the iPhones more affordable than ever before. The program enabled the users to trade their old phone and purchase the latest versions whenever they have been introduced, with no changes in their monthly payment. Korean website ET News revealed that Samsung is also planning for a similar upgrade program for its Galaxy series.
However, the experts in the industry expects much more unique offerings in this upgrade program, as innovation and introducing distinctive features are necessary to succeed in the competition.
Leaked news about Samsung copying features brought the launch of Galaxy S7 in the limelight; however, the company will be releasing it only in Korea in its initial phase. Later, it will be introduced in other countries including U.S.A. Now, it is a matter of time to know who will win the war of technology.
On other news, a report says that the AT&T version of Galaxy S7 (SM-G930A) was found on Geekbench, although this is not really a surprising news as the same has been spotted in sites like An Tu Tu.
The competition between Apple and Samsung, in terms of upgrade programs, will be a never-ending one; however, this will be beneficial for the users as this will certainly offer them new smartphones in affordable price.
