"Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" is underway for its official release date on Xbox One, PS4, and Windows PC in September. A brand new Marvel character has also been confirmed to join the game's roster.
A new trailer released for "Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" has offered a sneak peek at a number of characters to be featured in the fighting title's roster. In the video, the release date is also confirmed to take palce in the month of September this year.

In addition, the latest teaser further revealed snippet of details on the story of the fourth iteration of the series. Fans saw the new menace involves Marvel and Capcom characters to unite and combine their powers to defeat their strongest foe ever.
Marvel's super villain robot Ultron merged with Sigma, Mega Man X's villain. As one, Ultron Sigma becomes an indestructible enemy that will potentially annihilate all heroes on Earth.
Most of the characters to be featured in the roster is kept under wraps. But fans already know that Thor, Hawkeye, Ultron and Hulk from Marvel will appear in the game. Capcom characters such as Strider Hiryu, Chun-Li, and Chris Redfield will also join the brawl.
Interestingly, a brand new Marvel character is confirmed to arrive in the game. A stealthy post on its Twitter account reveals the addition of "Guardians of the Galaxy" hero, Rocket Raccoon.

The tweet came in time for the theartrical worldwide release of "Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2". The reveal also showed Groot but it is remains unconfirmed if Rocket Raccoon and Groot will come as a pair or as one of Rocket's ultimate attacks.
Everyone can look forward to more details on Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" to unfold at E3 2017 in June, leading up to its official release in September. in the meantime, watch the story trailer below.
