Ubisoft has officially set an exact release date for "South Park: The Fractured But Whole", including a final trailer for the animated TV series-inspired video game. Not only that, die-hard fans will see "South Park" return on the small screens in August.
Avid fans have received a double delight of good news from both Ubisoft and Comedy Central just recently. Following a series of delays, the game publisher has finally set in stone the release date of "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" on Oct. 17.

Along with the release date announcement a few weeks prior to E3 2017, Ubisoft has also launched what is viewed to be the final trailer for the sequel to "South Park: Stick of Truth". On the other hand, "South Park" Season 21 will premiere a couple of months ahead on Aug. 23.
The last trailer for "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" titled The Farting Vigilante teases another peek at Coon and friends in Team-up Mode most of the time. They team up together after finding out that a mysterious vigilante is running aroud and farting his way through the town.
The latest entry to well-received role-playing game series will pick up three years after the events of the last title. It will let players to step into the town of South Park in the Rockies and play as a farting superhero.
Gamers will be entitled to receive a Towelie content as a bonus when they pre-order for "South Park: The Fractured But Whole". They will also be able to grab their copy of "South Park: Stick of Truth".
The seventh video game inspired by the animated TV series was supposed to be launched in December 2016. But Ubisoft pushed it back to its fiscal year 2018, which falls between October 2017 and April 2018.
"South Park: The Fractured But Whole" will bid to follow the success of the last title that tolled a whopping 1.6 million copies sold worldwide. It will hit Windows PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Oct. 17.
