Street Fighter 5 is an upcoming fighting video game developed by Capcom for the PlayStation 4 and PC platform.
In a little over a week, "Street Fighter" fans can enjoy the latest installment "Street Fighter V." To get them amped up, Capcom has released a new trailer series that introduces the characters.
The new trailer, seen below, introduces Ken, which will be beneficial for fans who are new to the series. Fans will see Ken's flashy fighting style, one that has been learned while studying and growing up with best friend and best rival Ryu.

His V-Skill and V-Trigger reflects his fighting style, with great boosts to damage and combo extensions, courtesy of the V-Trigger. The Hurricane Kick is a great attack that makes use of great timing to get the best effect.
The best way to play and win as Ken is to always be on top of the opponent, so that the attacks can limit his retaliation options. As a bonus, the trailer series showcases a lot of gameplay fights featuring different characters in the game.
Before "Street Fighter V" launches on Feb. 16, fans can also look forward to a livestream event hosted by developer Capcom. Coming on Feb. 10, Capcom has dubbed it as a special presentation event that will be detailing the launch plans for "Street Fighter V," Gematsu reported. Apart from unveiling more details about the launch, the livestream event will also have some special matches.
The event, titled "Street Fighter V Complete Presentation" event, will be hosted by Shinichiro Takiue. Among the matches slated for the event include the Miss Chun-Li deciding match and the pro-gamer four-on-four special match for "Street Fighter V." Fans can catch the livestream on YouTube.
Apart from this, Capcom is currently still reportedly evaluating the support for the Legacy Controller. As a fighting game, it is no surprise that fans are wondering if it is possible to use the arcade sticks for the PS4 version. However, Capcom has been quiet about the issue.
For now, the most that the developer can say is that they are still looking into the possibility of support, Shoryuken reported. Capcom's Yoshinori Ono had stated that the team has already heard the feedback and fans' request to use existing sticks on the PS4 version. However, since the developer is still working on SDK and APIs with Sony, no confirmations can be made at this time. The Legacy Controller was used in the "Ultra Street Fighter IV" rerelease for the PS4.
"Street Fighter V" is set to launch on Feb. 16. It will be coming to the PS4 as a console exclusive title as well as the PC platform.
