Rumors have it there might be a jailbreak release soon that will be based on iOS firmware versions 10.3 and 10.3.1 but it'll be a different story for iOS 11. More signs are emerging the upcoming mobile OS bump from Apple will turn out a jailbreak killer.
For starters, iOS 11 will certainly include the APFS file system, said to be the chief reason jailbreak solutions for iOS 10.3 were hard to come by. Boasting of a more robust security protocol and tougher encryption system, the replacement for HFS+ is supposedly making it harder to assemble a really usable jailbreak tool.

Rumors even indicate that Yalu jailbreak maker Luca Todesco based his decision to quit public jailbreaking on the conviction that iOS 10.3 and future releases of the mobile OS will be impossible to crack. And more so in the case of iOS 11, which is expected to roll out with an enhanced version of the Apple OS file system.
That iOS 11 is jailbreak killer is further underscored by the new features that the software is set to deliver. Many of the OS functionalities were once only available through jailbreaking but with Apple's decision to make them available for more users, the obvious aim is to convince that jailbreaking in iOS 11 is no longer a necessity.
One good example is the Screen Recorder that before iOS 11 can only performed by hooking up an iPhone or iPad to a computer or by jailbreaking, according to WCCFTech. But with the OS upgrade, users can choose to place an icon of the feature on the redesigned Control Center and whenever wanted a simple swipe and tap will do the job.
As the same report took note, Screen Recorder now part of iOS 11 is another compelling reason not to jailbreak.
And there are more. In fact, iDownloadBlog.com said 13 new features packed with iOS 11 were actually borrowed from the jailbreak scene, and foremost is the reworked Control Center that will make it easier to take full control of an iPhone or iPad. Essentially, these features migrating to iOS 11 is Apple giving all users nearly power access to the new platform.
These reasons alone should convince that by design iOS 11 is a jailbreak killer.
