The latest updates for "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" will feature a new trailer, characters and a story demo available for download this week.
Marvel Games and Capcom streamed the second story trailer of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" during the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017 event and it showcased new characters from both Marvel and Capcom universes in their fight against the sequel's main villain Ultron Sigma.

In the "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" E3 2017 trailer, the new characters include Gamora, T'Challa/Black Panther, Richard Rider/Nova, Doctor Stephen Strange, and Thanos representing Marvel, while Capcom will have Nathan Spencer, Arthur, Dante, Zero and a dragon-like monster from "Monster Hunter."
As for the story, the heroes of both universes must devise a plan to get the remaining Infinity Stones before Ultron Sigma gets them first. They are meeting in the Avengers tower and they try convince to Thanos to help them search for the stones. Each stone is located in various settings in "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" and will likely fight their way to achieve them, EventHubs reported.
The trailer ends with Ultron Sigma and his forces attacking the Avengers Tower as the latter faces Thanos, who declares that he is no god. In addition, the sequel will feature a story demo available today in the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
"Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" E3 2017 trailer also revealed the features of the Deluxe Edition, which includes six DLC characters and premium costume, with Black Panther as possibly the first DLC fighter, Polygon reported.
The Deluxe Edition of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" will cost around $89.99 USD and will feature Warrior Thor, Evil Ryu, Gladiator Hulk, and Command Mission Mega Man X Premium Costumes.
The Collector's Edition of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" will cost around $199.99 USD and will include the DLC costumes, Deluxe Edition and 2017 character passes. In addition, four premium character dioramas of Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Mega Man X and Chun-Li, a case filled with six Infinity Stone replicas and premium packaging.
"Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" will launch on Sept. 19 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
