The tech giant is alleged looking to unveil the Galaxy Note 8 at a special "Unpacked" event that's similar to the one held for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in late March, the same source claims. Samsung reportedly opted against launching the device at IFA Berlin 2017 in September in an effort to accelerate its release and outmatch the Apple iPhone 8 lineup to the tech market. According to a source, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Note 8 in August.
The Galaxy Note 8 rumor suggests the device may come and feature a dual-camera system and a rear-facing fingerprint scanner placement, similar to what was placed on the Galaxy S8. Earlier reports claim Samsung may introduce an optical fingerprint sensor, embedded into the Galaxy Note 8 display.Interestingly, the latest report of Note 8 news indicates the phablet will feature a dual speaker setup. As recent rumors also suggest the Note 8 will come with an upgraded version of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 chip, in the form of the Snapdragon 836, to ship and feature a whopping 6GB of RAM memory and with 64 and 128GB versions.
The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature fast and wireless charging, with an improved the S Pen stylus.Since the Note 7 was about $50 pricier than the Galaxy S7 Edge at their respective releases, more likely this year's Galaxy Note 8 will cost around $900. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note 8 is certainly beginning to take shape, and it aims to be one of the most powerful and intriguing smartphones to release this year.
