Moto E4 Plus
Motorola has officially unveiled the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus smartphones. Here is a low down on the specs, features and pricing of both phones.
The Moto E4 Plus features a 5.5-inch HD display that supports a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels. It is powered by Snapdragon 427 chipset. The smartphone is speculated to come packed with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB and 32 GB native storage options. Its external storage supports a microSD card of up to 128 GB. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. The Moto E4 Plus has a mammoth battery of 5,000 mAh capacity, Playful Droid reported.

The Moto E4 is a smaller edition of E4 Plus that has a 5-inch HD display. It is powered by Snapdragon 427 chipset. Some markets are expected to receive Snapdragon 425 chip driven model. It has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt storage. It comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front shooter. The phone is packed with a 2,800 mAh battery.
Both phones the Moto E4 and the Moto E4 Plus are loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat update and support connectivity features such as 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, and GPS. Both the smartphones have water repellent coating. The Moto E4 has a polycarbonate body whereas the E4 Plus has a metal and polycarbonate combination chassis.
The Moto E4 Plus has a starting cost $179. For North American customers, Motorola will be selling a fingerprint sensor enabled E4 Plus, but it won't feature NFC. Also, it won't be available through Verizon. The variant for the rest of the world would be coming in colors gold, gray and blue and it will feature a fingerprint reader, but the NFC feature will be absent. The international variants will have frontal LED flash placed on the left whereas it will be positioned on the right for the NA variant
The Moto E4.is priced at $129. NA users will get its gold and black variants. NA users will be getting a fingerprint sensor enabled model and another variant that will not feature it. Both the editions of Moto E4 will lack the NFC feature. Verizon will be selling the phone without the fingerprint reader. The rest of the world will get the phone in three colors like gold, gray and blue. These markets will get two variants, one featuring NFC and the other one without. Both variants will have fingerprint readers, Gizmo China reported.
