How do celebrities fight COVID-19? Naomi Campbell shares her drink!
If you are a fan of the 49-year-old Hollywood actress and model Naomi Campbell, you would probably love to know how she keeps her quarantine days more fun and exciting while keeping a strong immune system.
Now that everyone is under quarantine in their own homes due to COVID-19, celebrities do not have exemptions. This is the reason why Campbell decided to post her new video blog or vlog on Youtube in order to share the secret immune booster drink that she takes every day.
On her new video titled "My Personal Vitamin and Supplement Routine," she shared that in order to protect herself from Coronavirus, Campbell needs to shake a drink including ten ingredients including almond milk, cacao powder, matcha powder, collagen powder, artichoke powder, moringa powder, pomegranate, and green protein powders. She then adds baobab powder, vitamin C and pomegranate, before adding the final touches of banana and ice.
"It's important now more than ever to boost our immune systems and take care of ourselves. I don't like to take anything that's not natural. If I feel anxious or nervous, I take lavender oil pills. They make me feel calm, and they are pure natural oil," said Campbell on her video.
Campbell takes nearly 30 supplements a day!
Aside from drinking an all-natural immune booster drink every day, Campbell also shared that she drinks a lot of supplements targeting almost all parts of her body.
As counted, all of her supplements total to nearly 30 tablets a day. These supplements include a liquid Golden Seal, liquid vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D, papaya seeds, probiotics, and black seed, ending with three multi-vitamin tablets. Campbell also takes pine bark extract, turmeric, and oregano oil, completing her all-natural vitamin intake.
"We can all deal with this virus if we have strong immunes. So let's all take our immunes up to the next level and take care of ourselves," explained Campbell.
Help for frontliners
Since Campbell is not allowed to go out to help against the virus, the model just posted support for the frontliners like hospital staff on her Twitter account. By posting a pic as a runway nurse, she seeks help for everyone to donate masks for the hospitals near them.
Please donate masks to your local hospitals. Our frontline healthcare workers need protection. Help if you can (@LouisVuitton S/S '08)
