Meanwhile, according to Android Police, NVIDIA has posted a string of temporary measures for its users, which includes rebooting the tablet for two to three times, power cycling tablet for three to four times or leaving tablet powered off for a few hours. If none of these measures work, NVIDIA's customer care has asked users to email a screenshot of their Advanced Wi-Fi page.
Based on the information gathered, it is said that restarting of tablets has not been able to solve this problem; however, many users have also posted that update problem could be solved by restoring tablet to its factory settings. NVIDIA is presently working on identifying and fixing update problem. It has meanwhile asked users to hold off on installing Android 6.0 Marshmallow update and wait for further instructions.
