Weight-loss hypnosis apps can help overweight people to shed pounds and burn fat but in an extreme case a morbidly abuse United Kingdom woman lost 72 pounds (32.6 kilograms) in one year. Before starting the weight loss program she was eating two dinners per day and could finish four packs of cookies at one sitting.

23-year-old Louis Craig's weight skyrocketed while she was a college student who started eating a second dinner when she was still hungry. Her body also spiked to size 20 clothing and 219 pounds (99 kg).
Craig continued overeating when she joined the workforce. She would sit in front of the TV and easily eat four packets of cookies.
Within time walking became difficult for the British woman. She even had problems doing everyday tasks including grocery shopping.
Craig also had to deal with emotional issues including fat shame. She would use humor to play the role of a funny friend as a way of dealing with her low self-esteem, according to Daily Mail.
However, she had an Epiphany when she saw a photo of herself at a wedding. Her body fat was sticking out of the dress she was wearing and she realized she had to start losing weight.
The account manager then downloaded a hypnosis app. It promised to reprogram people's minds like a computer so they would change how they thought about food.
Craig had always been aware of her heavy weight. However, she would keep eating, and worry about her next meal and getting hungry.
In fact, she would eat a serving size big enough for four people. However, Craig started to get tired easily and would start sweating when doing easy tasks.
EasyLoss Virtual Gastic Band Hypnosis App changed the way the UK woman thought about food. She started to think of its "fuel" not a "reward."
Now Craig does not think about the following a schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and only eats when she is hungry.
Experts share that weight-loss hypnosis can help when it is part of a weight-loss plan that includes a healthy diet and regular exercise, according to Mayo Clinic. However, there is little solid evidence that the hypnosis itself is effective.
