Talking about the comparison first off is the design and built of these smart phones, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is bigger with a Gorilla Glass 4 protected aluminum body, wherein many enthusiasts were wowed by this handsets uniqueness. Xiaomi Mi5 Pro, on the other hand, is using 3D ceramic back that comes in round edges that gives comfortable appearance and experience to its users.
Camera wise, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has a back camera that protrudes lesser compared to its preceding models, which provides less rocking motion when placed on a flat surface. S7 Edge is sophisticated in its metal outline that is also comfortable to hold plus this handset is water resistant, which is perfect to butterfingered owners.
The most lavish Xiaomi handset is their latest addition which is the Mi5 Pro, the expensiveness of this handset is a fair deal to what it offers. Although Mi5 Pro has a little fingerprint issue, this handset still gives a more comfy feel. Its ceramic build comes in with a scratch-resistant feature that makes Mi5 Pro keep its cozy appearance.
When it comes to display, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 2560x1440 pixel resolution and a density of 510 ppi, while the Xiaomi Mi5 Pro comes with a 5.15-inch IPS display in 1920x1080 pixel resolution and 427 ppi.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is using a 4 GB RAM backed with the 820 Snapdragon chipset. The handset also offers 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage which is expandable to 200 GB using microSD card. Xiaomi Mi5 Pro, on the other hand, is also using the 820 Snapdragon chipset coupled with 4 GB RAM. With a gigantic lead of 128 GB internal storage, it absolutely knocks other smart phones down, reported by Android Pit.
With 3600mAH battery capacity, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge also comes with Quick Charge Technology while Xiaomi's Mi5 Pro has 3000mAH that also has the Quick Charge Technology. Both devices are using Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, Xiaomi Mi5 Pro is using MIUI while Samsung Galaxy Edge S7 has the TouchWiz UI, added by Nashville Chatter.
