Cookie Monster is impatient when baking cookies with the help of Siri on the Apple iPhone. Luckily, he did not went ahead and eat them raw.
Apple released a new iPhone ad, but this one is quite different from the type of ads we are used to from the Cupertino giant. This particular ad stars the Cookie Monster.
In recent months, Apple ads have featured several celebrities including Aubrey Plaza, Jamie Foxx, and Killer Mike. All those ads were great to look at, but this time around, the Cupertino giant has taken a different route by getting the Cookie Monster involved in the whole thing.

The popular Sesames Street character showed up in an ad that is all about using Siri. The whole thing was entertaining from start to finish as the Cookie Monster sets out to bake himself come cookies. Thing is, it would take 14-minutes, and as such, decided to have Siri run a timer.
It didn't take long before the Cookie Monster to show his lack of discipline when it comes down to waiting 14-minutes for his cookies to bake. When he asked Siri to update him on the clock and the voice assistant showed that a whopping 23-minutes is left, the Cookie Monster was clearly not happy about that.
Since the ad came online, many folks have agreed that this could very well be the best Apple iPhone advertisement in a long time. Not only was it cute, but fun to watch as well.
We can't help but wonder if Apple will use other Sesames Street characters in the future. A lot of folks would probably love to see Big Bird and Bart, but the majority would likely prefer to see Elmo. It has been a long time since we've seen Elmo in anything outside of Sesames Street, so we're hoping Apple work out a deal soon.
While this ad is no doubt one of our favorites, we have to say, the one with Jamie Foxx is pretty good. However, we do prefer the ones with just the voice over actress doing such a wonderful job. It really goes to show that Apple knows how to sell a product, and we expect this to continue for years to come, even when the company is no longer a great innovator.
