Apple iOS 9.3 Release Date Nears: 4 Key Feature Upgrades To Expect
Apple has just issued beta one of iOS 9.3, which indicates that release date of the final version is fast approaching. It is likely that 9.3 will be the last installment of the software as the focus will be trained next on its successor, presumably iOS 10.
But before speculating on what the next full iOS upgrade will deliver iOS 9.3 appears to bring forth serious step ups from the last build. Per a new report from BGR, Apple intends to deploy feature upgrades that will make its mobile operating system more feature-rich and secured at the same time.

And some of the upcoming enhancements are listed below:
3D Touch optimizations
With the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, the 3D Touch function was introduced and Apple looks hell-bent on making the new feature as among the chief offerings of its flagship devices. So with iOS 9.3 3D Touch will become more accessible and enjoyable to users.
The first beta version of 9.3 includes expanded shortcuts for key iPhone apps such as Weather, Settings, Compass, Health, App Store and iTunes Store that most certainly will make the final cut.
Multiple Apple Watch pairing
BGR also reported that with upcoming the iOS 9.3 rollout users will be able to pair more than just one Apple Watch with their iPhones, which clearly will make owners of the Apple smartwatch quite happy, specifically those who keep multiple units.
Night Shit mode
Version 9.3 of iOS will reportedly become sleep-friendly as the update will introduce Night Shift mode to all compatible iPhones. Apple is hoping that by automatically detecting the time of the day or night, iPhone users will log in more sleeping hours than before.
With iOS 9.3, "the iPhone will use its clock and geolocation features to figure out when it's sunset and then shift the colors in your display to the warmer end of the spectrum, making it easier on your eyes," BGR said on its report.
Security updates
Lastly, iOS 9.3 will not only bring in fresh feature upgrades and bug fixes but also deliver security updates. One solid benefit is a robustly secured Note app that BGR said will be password- or Touch ID-protected with the new software version.
Apple has yet to indicate a specific release date schedule for iOS 9.3 but it should happen months before iOS 10 is revealed via the WWDC on June 2016.
