Apple recently launched its latest flagship smartphone, the iPhone 7, but is it impressive enough to make Samsung Galaxy S7 users switch? Below is a comparison of the specs and features of the Apple iPhone 7 and the Samsung Galaxy S7.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED screen with QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and 577 ppi pixel density. The iPhone 7, on the other hand, comes with a smaller 4.7-inch IPS display with a lower 1334 x 750 resolution and 326 ppi pixel density.

The Galaxy S7 also has an Always On feature which the iPhone 7 does not have. However, according to New Atlas, the iPhone 7 features a pressure-sensitive screen with 3D Touch, which the Galaxy S7 lacks. The Samsung Galaxy S7 comes with more unique features, such as fast charging and virtual reality technology.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 chipset (depending on the region) and 4 GB of RAM. Meanwhile, the iPhone 7 features an Apple A10 Fusion chipset and 2 GB of RAM. The Galaxy S7 offers 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage with microSD card support while the iPhone 7 is available in 32 GB, 128 GB, and 256 GB. The iPhone 7 does not come with a microSD card slot. The Galaxy S7 sports a 12-megapixels rear camera and a 5-megapixels front snapper while the iPhone 7 comes with a 12-megapixels rear camera and a 7-megapixels selfie shooter. Both devices are water and dust resistant.
