HTC has launched its latest Desire series smartphone in India.
The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle smartphone featuring HTC Boomsound Hi-Fi edition stereo speakers has been launched in India. The latest smartphone from the Taiwanese consumer electronics maker is priced at Rs 15990 ( approx. $239).
HTC Corporation announced on Thursday that the HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle smartphone is now available in India on Amazon and the company's e-commerce platform.

"Our Desire line is about to make its biggest leap since the original Desire. Inspired by many of the same innovations that have made the flagship HTC 10 so popular, we are bringing these innovations to the Desire 10 Lifestyle," HTC's South Asia Head Faisal Siddiqui said in a statement.
Siddiqui revealed that HTC has decided to build an e-commerce platform within the global online marketplace Amazon to target Indian users during the upcoming festive season.
"We're building our own e-store with Amazon alongside a digital campaign targeting the online users, and we will launch three new smartphones on the platform starting this week," he said.
HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle Specifications
The new HTC smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch full high definition display with 720x1280 pixels. It runs on the 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It is available in two variants; one model with 2GB RAM/ 32GB internal memory and another with 3GB RAM/64GB memory.
The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle also features a 13 megapixels rear camera and a five megapixels front camera. The dual SIM device supports Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and comes with a 2700mAh capacity battery.
