The Avaya Equinox suite is expected to help users increase their productivity.
Avaya has launched Equinox suite, a new unified platform that streamlines user experience to bring all the enterprise communications pipes into a singular device.
Avaya's SDK integrated with the productivity software is a welcome move as it delivers unified communications, collaboration, and conferencing in the most simplistic solution possible.

"This is a significant part of our portfolio, and this would be the first launch of a global portfolio in Dubai," said the Director of Sales Engineering, Avaya, Savio Tovar Dias. He noted that with the launch, Avaya is determining the fate of United Comunications, making it a fundamental component of how we connect.
"Digital transformation is driving the UC evolution. We have gone through UC, cloud, and mobile, and now customers, employees, and partners are demanding a user-driven communication experience, defined by users and line of business leaders that fits into how they work instead of changing how they work," Dias explained.
Besides assisting co-workers to connect, the unified communications and conferencing user experience (UX) will be fitted with productivity applications so that employees do not have to continually shift between screens.
This should be delightful for enterprises using Avaya Aura for audio, Web, and video conferencing.
Along with Equinox, Avaya also launched an Android-based desktop machine known as Avaya Vantage and revealed advancements of a client SDK for the Avaya Breeze communications-enablement package.
