The Panasonic Eluga Tapp smartphone is now available for purchase in India.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp smartphone has been launched in India.
According to NDTV, the Panasonic Eluga Tapp comes with an add-on security feature 'Android for Work' to separate personal applications from work applications and also protect user's personal data. This means that the personal apps cannot communicate with work apps or corporate accounts in any way, and vice versa.

The Panasonic Eluga Tapp has a stylish 5 inch (12.7 cm) IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 441 ppi, and 16.7M colors, Phone Radar reported. It is powered by an unknown quad-core chipset clocked at a speed of 1.25 GHz.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp comes with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of built-in storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp features an 8-megapixel camera at the back with autofocus for clear pictures. It can also record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. It also carries a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie addicts.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp is packed with a powerful 2800 mAh capacity battery. The Lithium-Polymer gel-based battery cells are safer, more reliable, and durable.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp measures 143 x 71 x 8.15 mm in dimension with the weight of 138 grams which is quite light. It comes with a premium looking design. It also comes with a front fingerprint scanner to unlock it quickly and securely.
The Panasonic Eluga Tapp is loaded with state-of-the-art connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, FM radio, GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack, micro-USB port, and dual-SIM (4G/3G+2G). The smartphone will be available in silver gray and champagne gold.
The Indian-based mobile company Panasonic is offering the Panasonic Eluga Tapp smartphone with a protective screen cover for the display. The device will be available in all retail stores across the country at the price of $134.89 (around Rs. 8990).
