The Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet would cost $499 when it starts shipping in mid-2017. However, it is now available for pre-order at just $299.
Silicon Valley-born hardware startup Joy has launched the world's first 13.3-inch interactive photo album tablet with 10 GB of Cloud storage for families.
According to Phone Radar, the Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet is the first product from the startup company. It has a 13.3-inch full high-definition touchscreen display for photos and videos. It has a unique feature called 'StoryTime' where users can cast their screen to other Joy tablets in real-time during a voice call.

The Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet has no onboard storage and displays images and videos only from cloud storage. The company is offering 10 GB of cloud storage for free with every purchase. It is also offering an additional 500 GB and 1 TB of cloud storage at $6.99 and $9.99 per month respectively.
The Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet also includes a magnetic stand that wirelessly charges the large tablet. It has only Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity since all the photos and videos will be stored in the cloud. Photos and videos from Facebook, Dropbox, Instagram, and Google Photos can be imported to Joy's cloud storage or stored in the cloud with a simple email to 'album@joy.co' with the album name as the subject.
The Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet can be controlled with the exclusive Joy app that is available for both iOS and Android users. It comes with physical volume rocker buttons for controlling the sound output. It also carries the stereo speakers for a great audio experience while watching videos.
The Joy Interactive Photo Album Tablet measures 346 x 217 x 22 mm with a weight of 950 grams. It supports various file formats including GIFs, Panoramas, and even the 360-degree photos.
