Zen Mobile has released its newest budget smartphone - Zen Cinemax 2 Plus.

The Indian mobile handset manufacturer on Friday announced the launch of the Zen Cinemax 2 Plus for Indian customers. Priced at Rs 3777 (around $56). The newest Zen Mobile smartphone will be exclusively available on domestic e-commerce platform ShopClues.com.

Zen Mobile's chief executive officer Sanjay Kalirona excluded confidence about the prospect of success of the Zen Cinemax 2 Plus. 

"Our objective is to expand our reach for Zen Mobile and cater to as many customers as.The tie up with ShopClues! is another way of reaching out to our consumers and considering the service delivery, wide reach, and the it's experience in exclusive product offerings," he said. "Based on our prior experiences with ShopClues, we are completely confident about the success of Cinemax 2+ smartphone." 

Zen Cinemax 2 Plus Specifications and Features 

The Cinemax 2 Plus is another affordable range mobile device from smartphone maker Zen Mobile. It is a successor of the company's previous Cinemax series smartphone - Zen Cinemax 2. The newest Zen Mobile sports a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. It has 1GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB.

The Zen Cinemax 2 Plus uses Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor. It has a 5 megapixels rear camera and a 3.5 selfie camera. The 3G-enabled device packs a 2900 mAh battery.
