As the next flagship device from the Korean-based smartphone manufacturer, the LG G6 will sport an almost bezel-less display, an iris scanner, and will come with an out-of-the-box Android Nougat. The confirmed launch date will be on Feb. 26.

LG released and invitation regarding their official device launch in the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017. The leaked sketches and back cases imply that it will have a "Big screen that fits". The LG G6 is expected to have rounded corners and a higher screen-to-body ratio. The bezels are so thin on four sides that it's as if having no bezels as all, according to Trusted Reviews.

The LG G6 will come with an 18:9 display aspect ratio. It will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 SoC instead of the Snapdragon 835. Still, the Snapdragon 821 SoC is a good choice because it offers up to 10 percent boost in performance compared to its predecessor.

However, many critics think that LG should have used the latest Snapdragon 835 since it is much smaller and has better performance. But LG decided to push through the 821 so as not to cause delays on their production and release.

The LG G6 will also come with an Android 7.1.1 Nougat even overtaking the Google Pixel and Nexus smartphones. It will run in its own UX UI skin. The best development on the phone is that it will be having a non-removable battery to give way for the waterproofing feature similar to current flagship devices of other manufacturers.

The phone may also do away the 3.55 mm jack. An iris scanner might also be featured doubled with the front camera, as mentioned by PhoneRadar. It will also come with an all- metal unibody and a 5.7 inch Quad HD display. The sale for G6 will start on March 9 in South Korea, while it could be on April 7 in the US.
