The Blackview P2 budget smartphone has been launched at $200.
The Blackview P2 is the latest smartphone from the Hong Kong-based smartphone company Blackview under their new P series smartphone. It is designed with a ceramic glass body to give it a premium look and feel.
The Blackview P2 has a 5.5-inch full high-definition IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 40 pixels per inch. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6750T chipset clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz and paired with Mali T860 MP2 GPU on top for smooth processing of multi-tasking with no lags.
The Blackview P2 runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with pre-installed applications out of the box. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory that can be further extended via a microSD card slot for storing multimedia and other documents.
The Blackview P2 features a 13-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash and autofocus. It can record a video at 1080p resolution in 30 frames per second. It also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera to shoot good quality of selfie images, record a video, and to do video chatting with friends and family members.
The Blackview P2 is a dual-SIM smartphone with 4G connectivity that offers a band speed up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. Other connectivity options are EDGE, GPRS, FM-radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS/GLONASS, and micro USB v2.0 port.
The Blackview P2 is packed with a large 6000 mAh non-removable battery for normal usage and heavy usage. It is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner located on the back side and measures 154.3 x 76.7 x 9.8 mm. The device's sensors include the ambient light, proximity, and accelerometer.
The Blackview P2 has been listed on the company's website and is available for sale in the online retail store Aliexpress for $199.99 in black color only.
