"Street Fighter 5" will feature leaked alternate costumes from several characters, a limited edition PS4 console and guide book for the game.
Capcom's latest beta test for "Street Fighter 5" revealed several new contents from the game as new alternate costumes from several characters in the roster have been leaked online. Reddit user rKappasvoice discovered the leaked costumes and posted a gameplay video of it on his YouTube account, Polygon reported.
The new alternate costumes are available to numerous characters in the roster such as Chun-Li, M.Bison, Cammy White, Birdie, R.Mika, Zangief, Vega, Karin Kanzuki, Dhalsim, Necalli, Laura and Rashid. Chun-Li sports her Interpool uniform, Cammy wears a millitary outfit and Charlie has his pre-alpha appearance. R. Mika and Zangied have somewhat matching outfits, while Dhalsim has a new monk uniform. Birdie will feature a new wrestling oufit, Vega having a new mask and M. Bison has battlescared clothes. Both Laura and Rashid will have civilian clothes and Necalli has a new Aztec outfit.
The gameplay video also featured four of the earlier pre-ordered costumes for Ryu, Chun-Li, Cammy and M.Bison. Ryu's costume will be available in GameStop, while Cammy's outfit is found on Best Buy. M.Bison's costume can be bought on Amazon and Chun Li's outfit will be available in the PlayStation Network and Steam when gamers pre-ordered "Street Fighter 5" in the PlayStation 4 and PC.
A new stage has been introduced in the beta as it is set in New York and it speculated before that it could be Metro City.
In othe news, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced a limited edition PS4 console for "Street Fighter 5" in Japan.
The limited edition PS4 console will have four variations; the first two are white and features the "Street Fighter 5" logo and the second having Chun-Li and Laura in the background. The last two versions are black and it features Ryu and Necalli in it, Gematsu reported.
All four PS4 console versions will be available in Japan on Feb.18 and they will cost around 37, 480 yen each.
Aside from the PS4 consoles, there is also a collector's edition Strategy Guide for "Street Fighter 5" the lets gamers have an inside source on how to get around the sequel. This will be helpful for beginners in the "Street Fighter" series as the book contains "comprehensive character strategy" and a mobile eGuide that lets gamers be updated the changes and new fighters within the sequel.
"Street Fighter 5" will launch on Feb. 16 in the United States for PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
