"Overwatch" has gained followers owing to the strong presence of the game and its unpredictable gameplay. In line with that, reports of a new DLC is rumored to be underway. Moreover, there claims that Jeff Kaplan has rendered some confessions of his own regarding the game as well.
Given the speculations, there has been no definitive proof that Jeff Kaplan has fully revealed his thoughts regarding "Overwatch." He also not confessed secret details about the game as well. However, Kaplan did share some of his thoughts about the gameplay and the characters.
To prove the latter, a former report from Games Radar cited, "I think it's been great so far. There are some people in the community who are saying she's underpowered and we're keeping a close eye on that. But I feel like with a new character like Orisa there's a lot of people playing her who wouldn't normally play her, like a lot of non-tank characters trying her out who might not be used to how a tank plays. So I think once the dust settles we'll really know where she's at in terms of balance."
Kaplan added on to say, "We knew when we were introducing a character like Orisa there were going to be a lot more barriers in play. So we started to think, well those barriers might get really frustrating to players. We think it's cool gameplay and adds a lot when it's on your team but we also want to make sure there are appropriate counters."
"So that's where we took a look at Bastion, and we made some changes to him to be more effective against barriers. We've always through Junk Rat is a great counter to barriers but he doesn't get that much play," Kaplan added on to say.
On a different note, as for the rumored "Overwatch" DLC and its probable release, that remains unconfirmed because Kaplan has not established any of these notions to be true and authentic.
